A dearly loved auntie and a special friend to many, Kathy will be greatly missed.
A funeral service to celebrate Kathy's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Friday 31st October at 1:30pm.
At Kathy's request, no flowers please. Donations in her memory may be sent to St Andrew's Hospice, Peaks Lane, Grimsby, DN32 9RP or to the MND Association, Francis Crick House, 6 Summerhouse Road, Moulton Park, Northampton, NN3 6BJ.
